Luca is an Italian architect, graduated from University La Sapienza in Italy and has been building a mix of residential and commercial buildings for the past 35 years. 

Specialising in 8-star energy rating homes as a minimum with an approach to energy cost savings and reductions in environmental impacts is Luca's focus on helping you.

Cullum (please call Ash) is known for getting the biggest discounts. He only takes on two new clients per month because he believes in providing a quality service. 

Ash also facilitates the new home sales course for Builderz WA teaching new people how to get into the industry as well as the ins and outs of building a new home.
