A $1,650 inc GST service fee secures your place in the Builderz WA delivery pipeline and allows us to formally progress your project.

Land Secured:
You secure suitable land, either independently or with our guidance, aligned to The Centara’s lot requirements.
Outcome: a site ready for delivery.
Builder Selection:
We obtain proposals from suitable builders, allowing you to compare pricing, timelines and inclusions.
Outcome: informed builder selection.
Build Contracts:
You enter into a direct build contract with your chosen builder under agreed terms.
Outcome: contractual certainty.
Build Commencement:
Construction begins following approvals and contract execution, using The Centara’s defined build pathway.
Outcome: delivery in progress.
Build Completion:
Construction is completed and the home is handed over as an investment ready co-living asset.
Outcome: completed asset.
Tenant Acquisition:
Tenant acquisition commences to activate income and bring the property into operation as a co-living investment.
