In most cases we can deliver and connect to utilities within 12 weeks. As well as setup the furniture package so then it's ready for you to use, or lease out. We deliver and install in Perth Metro and Regional WA, however your delivery allowance is up to 100km from Perth CBD which is included in the below price.

DIY = Do It Yourself As An Owner-Builder
Owner Builders Need To Know
To obtain owner-builder approval all the owners of the land must submit an application for owner builder approval to DEMIR that contains:
• personal details of each land owner, supported by identification;
• evidence of ownership of the land, such as a current land title search (available through Landgate);
• a summary of your plan to undertake the building project;
• building drawings demonstrating a reasonable level of detail for the construction of the proposed building, including a site plan, floor plan and elevation plans;
• evidence that at least one of the applicants holds knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of an owner-builder. Evidence includes proof of completing an owner-builder course, relevant building experience, or current registration as a building practitioner. The same applicant must also provide proof of completing construction induction white card training;
• declaration signed and dated by each land owner; and
• payment of the application fee.
The team at Builderz WA can't recommend enough to consider being an owner-builder. It's a life changing experience, and if done correctly you will be beyond proud of your achievements.
Penalties apply for failing to obtain a building permit before commencing building work.

Having a meeting with a potential client is a must. This is so we understand what the client wants, and why.
We also go through all of the product materials, inclusions, delivery & install date as well as if you would like us to help you with the property management.
This can be done face to face, at your property, at our office or can be done online using Google Meet.

Once you're happy and choose to proceed, you make the order. Signing the agreement and making payment within 7 days.
Once payment is received, you will be given a delivery date. If the delivery date is not convenient, you can let our team know and it can be changed to a later date.

Luca, head of construction will arrive and introduce himself. A team of four will install the eco-tent or tiny home. We require access from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
