Clients normally find this most valuable, as they either live busy lives, or live outside of Western Australia.
At this stage, we will present the finished product to you for approval. If you feel that anything is not up to standard, please let us know and we will rectify the situation.
Prior to this stage, you can let us know if you require rear landscaping, double glazing, solar panels & battery, hemp feature wall, swimming pool, colorbond shed, or a furniture package.
If you would like us to property manage, finding a suitable tenant for you, please let us know so we can organise for this to occur lining up with expected handover date, and to suit when you desire tenants to move in.
