Granny Flats use prefabricated components that are manufactured and transported separately and stitched together on site. We have multiple suppliers with a range of products to choose from and price points to hopefully fit within your budget.
Eco-Tents can be built anywhere. Fast installation time with most cases being in one day. We factor in two days. No approval required and the ability to a fast return on investment. Hot dipped galvanised structural steel frame, with a 15 year warranty.
Please note, minimum orders of three to areas in regional WA. Some regional areas close to Perth metropolitan are suitable for just one order. Please ask our brokers to find out.

Having a meeting with a potential client is a must. This is so we understand what the client wants, and why.
This can be done face to face, at your property, at our office or can be done online using Google Meet.

Once you're happy and choose to proceed, you make the order. Signing the agreement and making payment within 7 days.
Once payment is received, you will be given a delivery date. If the delivery date is not convenient, you can let our team know and it can be changed to a later date.

Luca, head of construction will arrive and introduce himself. A team of four will install the eco-tent or granny flat. We require access from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Luca, will manage our electrician and plumber to connect to utilities. Extra charges above 10m from connection point apply.

Kirsty, head of internal build will manage the delivery and setup of furniture. Everything will be setup for someone to move in.
